help! i am a single mother of 4 and i was dagnosed with herniated disk L4-L5,L5-S1. i need to undergo surgery but my salary is not enough for the education and food of our family. i have risked my help for more than 2 years now because i want my children to have their education for them to have a fruitful life. but my dream will soon to be put on hold because i may even lose the job that i have right now because of my ailment. please help us so i can have surgery for my spine. i live in the philippines and i am already 42 years old. i got no help from anyone because i am a widow and the kids father did not even have a social security.. please help us...
